The Owners needed multiple changes to accommodate family needs:  a new art studio, a sleeping loft and climbing wall for a teen, and  renovations throughout the house.

We allowed the studio to lead us to the dynamic form, which accommodated a new carport and became a platform for south-facing PV (photovoltaic electric) solar panels.

An updated kitchen, a living space with new focus on a fireplace, a den, updated mechanical systems and modified front and rear porches meant a total makeover.
