CLUSTER HOUSING
Santa Fe and Albuquerque, New Mexico
We are highly interested in pursuing cluster housing and community design further.
We have worked for the City of Albuquerque writing their original cluster housing codes and we maintain an interest in development of community as way of living.
Projects we have produced:
For private clients at Aldea near Santa Fe (image right), we developed a community of 5 unique homes based on privacy and views.
For the City of Albuquerque and Bernalillo (image left) County jointly, we hosted a series of meetings at our offices to kick off studies of Homeless housing. Later we provided studies for “Tiny Homes” on both 1 acre and 5 acre sites with shared facilities.
