This began as a modest renovation, with
hopes that a deck might be possible.
The deck is now the most favored "room"
in the house, with a pointed "prow" and views extending 50 miles.
Inside,
we provided a solar-warmed sunroom / dining space, a new master
bath, and extensive renovations to most other spaces, all at
a surprisingly low cost.
